What runs on this website
This website is published as static files on GitHub Pages. We do not run our own server-side application, user accounts, login system, shopping cart, advertising pixels, or payment processing on this site.
The site does use a few third-party services and links that can receive technical information from your browser: GitHub Pages hosting, Google Analytics 4, Google Fonts, FormSubmit for the contact form, email links, and links to Facebook.

Contact forms, email, and documents
If you use the contact form, your form submission is sent to ICCHA Canada through FormSubmit at formsubmit.co. The form asks for your name, email address, and message. FormSubmit and the email providers involved may process your submission and related technical metadata so the message can be delivered.
If you email us directly, register for an event, apply for a program, submit a membership form, or send documents, we may receive the information you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, message, registration details, application details, payment confirmations, biographies, photographs, PDFs, or other files needed to respond to you or manage ICCHA programs.
The site also links to downloadable PDFs and uploaded images. Your browser requests those files from the website host when you open or download them.
Other third-party services and links
- Google Fonts: this site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts, so your browser may make requests to Google font domains.
- Facebook: this site links to ICCHA Canada’s Facebook page. If you click that link, Facebook may receive information about your visit and handle it under its own policies.
- External opt-out link: the Google Analytics opt-out link goes to Google’s website.
